How Long Before My Order Ships?

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing within 2 business days. Please keep in mind that orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays enter our processing queue the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take a bit longer — we'll reach out to you directly if any meaningful delay is expected.


Delivery Timeframes

After your order leaves our facility, standard domestic delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Actual transit times vary by carrier and destination — remote areas may occasionally require additional time.

Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide and are not contractual commitments. Circumstances such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods may affect arrival dates.


Shipping Rates

Applicable shipping fees, if any, are presented clearly at checkout prior to completing your purchase. Any promotional shipping offers will be reflected automatically at the time of your order.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your shipment details and a tracking reference. Please note that tracking data may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system after the label is generated.

If you haven't received shipping confirmation within 4 business days of placing your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.


Your Delivery Address

You are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Medalliance LLC cannot be held liable for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost as a result of an address error made during ordering.

If you catch a mistake right after placing your order, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before the shipment goes out, though we cannot guarantee updates once processing has begun.


Packages That Arrive Damaged or Go Missing

We take delivery issues seriously. If your order arrives in damaged condition or doesn't show up when expected:

  • Damaged items: Photograph the packaging and product before discarding anything. Reach out to us with your order number and images within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but nothing arrived, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date.

We'll investigate promptly and work toward a resolution.
